By accessing or using the software provided by Kere Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.

2. Use License & Restrictions

Kere Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal or internal business security purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the software for illegal surveillance or to violate the privacy rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the "Neural Edge" inference engine.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual.

3. The "No Liability" Clause

Our software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

Kere Labs is NOT a security monitoring firm. We do not monitor your feed. We are not responsible for:

• Break-ins, property damage, or personal injury.
• Failures in internet connectivity or power that prevent alerts.
• Hardware malfunctions on user-supplied devices.

4. User Responsibility

Because Kere Labs uses a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture, you are solely responsible for the data you collect. You acknowledge that you must comply with all local laws regarding video and audio recording (e.g., "Two-Party Consent" laws in certain jurisdictions).

5. Governing Law

These terms generally are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
