1. The "No Storage" Guarantee

Kere Labs operates on a strict Zero-Knowledge architecture. Unlike traditional security companies, we do not own, rent, or operate servers that store user video feeds, images, or audio recordings.

All data generated by our software resides exclusively on:

• Your edge devices (smartphones, cameras).
• Your private storage (NAS, iCloud, Google Drive, or Local Hard Drive).
• The temporary RAM required for real-time transmission.

2. On-Device Inference

Our "Neural Edge Inference" technology ensures that all computer vision analysis—including human detection, animal tracking, and anomaly recognition—occurs locally on your hardware.

Technical Note: No raw video data or biometric hashes are ever transmitted to Kere Labs for cloud processing. We literally cannot see your feed.

3. P2P Transmission Data

To establish a connection between your camera and your viewer device (e.g., your phone), we utilize a signaling server to perform a "handshake." This process involves exchanging minimal metadata:

• Temporary IP addresses (for ICE candidates).
• Encryption keys (for DTLS-SRTP negotiation).

Once the handshake is complete, the connection becomes Peer-to-Peer (P2P). The signaling server disconnects, and video data flows directly between your devices. We do not (and cannot) decrypt this stream.

4. Analytics & Diagnostics

We collect anonymous, aggregated telemetry data to improve application stability. This includes crash reports, frame-rate performance stats, and connection success rates. This data is fully stripped of personal identifiers, IP addresses, and location data before it reaches our analytics servers.

5. Contact & Data Requests

Since we do not store user accounts or personal content, we cannot provide "data dumps" of your video history—because we do not have it.
